Holiday Cooking with Helena & Rachel at the St. Thomas Event

t96The St. Thomas Rutherford Foundation’s annual Holiday party was a hit! Every year the influential women of the foundation get together to throw a benefit for the St. Thomas Hospital, a hospital that provides non-insured patients with medical care. This year The Curious Kitchen had the privilege of catering the event, crafting a signature Ginger Pear & Sage Cocktail, and  providing a live Holiday Cooking & Cocktail demonstration. The festivities also included a Holiday Fashion tutorial by E. Allen, along with a decorating demo by Lori Sain of Daffodilly Design. It was an unforgettable night and we were so happy to be part of it.

The Curious Kitchen’s Signature Ginger Pear & Sage Cocktail:

3/4 oz. sage & ginger simple syrup

1 1/2 oz. Vodka

1 1/2 oz. Pear Nectar
